SigenStor Neo: one unit for homes starting out with solar
Inverter, battery and energy manager, built into a single unit with a simplified gateway already inside it. Sized to your property, with control over your own supply built in.
Start an assessmentNot sure if an all-in-one unit is right for a home just starting out?
Does this sound familiar?
The right answer comes from what Neo actually is, in Sigenergy's own words, not from the word "integrated."
SigenStor Neo: one unit, built for a home starting out
Starting out with solar, you want one simple unit that you can understand, size properly and add to later.
Sigenergy built SigenStor Neo as, in its own words, "the first choice for families starting with solar and energy storage." It is one connected unit for a home's inverter, battery and energy manager, rather than three or four separate boxes.
ZenSolar fits SigenStor Neo in homes. It comes in sizes from 2.5 to 12.0kW single phase and 3.0 to 15.0kW three phase. For a bigger home that wants the DC EV charging module, or a business from 30kW upward, the standard SigenStor is the better fit; see Sigenergy for that range.
We fit all FoxESS and Sigenergy models, and every job still starts with a free energy assessment, so the size and setup are chosen for your real property, not a guess.
And we can do the same for you.

One unit instead of separate boxes
In Sigenergy's words, SigenStor Neo "seamlessly integrates the EMS, PV inverter, battery PCS, battery pack, and the backup module, essentially functioning as a simplified gateway."
The energy manager and the switching that would normally need their own separate gateway box are already built into the same unit as the inverter and battery.
That means fewer boxes to fit, fewer cables to run, and one unit to plan a spot for, instead of a wall of separate equipment.

Battery module sizes: two sizes, named "6.0" (6.02 kWh) and "8.0" (7.52 kWh). Sigenergy lists these as each module's total energy capacity. Chemistry is LiFePO4. One controller takes 1 to 6 battery modules, added as your needs grow. Sigenergy does not publish one combined kWh figure for a full stack, so this page does not print one either.
Weight, battery module: 55kg (6.0 model), 65kg (8.0 model).

Weatherproof, and fits where you have the space
Both the energy controller and the battery module carry an IP66 rating, and the battery module can be floor standing or wall-mounted.
The same unit handles dust and heavy rain, and does not need one fixed layout to work.
A garage, a utility room or a covered outdoor spot can all work, whichever suits your own home.
Start with one module, add more later
In Sigenergy's words, "the upgraded quick connectors ensure installation remains effortless. The integrated energy optimizer enables the mixing use of old and new battery packs, making future expansion incredibly easy."
A module added years from now can work alongside the modules already on your wall or floor, managed by Neo's own energy optimiser.
Start with the storage your budget allows now, and add a module later as your needs change, without replacing what you already have.
See and control your system from the mySigen app
The mySigen app shows your solar, battery and grid use, and lets you set time of use charging so the battery works around the hours power costs the most.
You can see exactly what your system is doing, and set it to store power at the cheapest hours and use it at the priciest ones.
The owner gets pop-up alerts in the app, so you know what your system is doing without watching a screen all day. See the fuller picture of time of use and demand charges on Energy management.
EV charging with SigenStor Neo
SigenStor Neo pairs with Sigenergy's own AC charger, the Sigen EVAC 2.
Your car charging fits into the same energy plan as your solar and battery, using an AC charger built for the same system.
Connect Neo to a generator you already have
Neo has a Smart Port that supports a generator connection. ZenSolar also connects battery systems to a site's existing diesel generator, so a generator you already have can work alongside your solar and battery.

Frequently asked questions
SigenStor Neo is Sigenergy's own words, "the first choice for families starting with solar and energy storage": one unit that brings the inverter, the battery and the energy manager together, with a simplified gateway already built in.
Neo folds the energy gateway into the same unit as the controller and battery, so a home needs one fewer box. Neo's power range is also smaller and simpler (up to 12.0kW single phase, up to 15.0kW three phase) than the standard SigenStor, which runs higher and also offers the DC EV charging module. See Sigenergy for the standard range.
No. Sigenergy built the gateway's job into the same unit as the inverter and battery, so a separate gateway box is not part of a Neo installation.
Yes, through Sigenergy's own AC charger, the Sigen EVAC 2. Neo does not pair with Sigenergy's separate DC EV charging module; that option belongs to the standard SigenStor. See EV energy.
Yes. One controller takes 1 to 6 battery modules, in two sizes (6.02 kWh or 7.52 kWh total capacity each). Neo's own energy optimiser lets old and new modules work together, so you can add a module later without replacing what you already have.
Yes. Neo comes in a single phase version (2.5 to 12.0kW) and a three phase version (3.0 to 15.0kW), so it suits most home electrical setups.
Sigenergy's datasheet rates the Neo battery cells for 10,000 cycles, under the cell maker's own test conditions. ZenSolar also backs every SigenStor Neo battery with its own 10-year swap-out warranty.
Neo uses LiFePO4 battery chemistry. The owner sees the system in the mySigen app and gets pop-up notifications.
Yes. Neo has a Smart Port that supports a generator connection, and ZenSolar connects battery systems to a site's existing diesel generator.
The mySigen app shows your solar, battery and grid use, lets you set time of use charging, and sends pop-up alerts to the owner. See Energy management for the fuller picture of time of use and demand charges.

Neo is built for a home starting out with solar and storage, up to 12.0kW single phase or 15.0kW three phase. A bigger home that wants the DC EV charging module, or a business from 30kW upward, is better matched to the standard SigenStor; see Sigenergy.
